Refund Policy

All items at Big Pup Fashion are personalized for your pup, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Please double-check sizes, text, and numbers before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
