Personalized items cannot be returned. Please DOUBLE CHECK your dog's neck size to be sure you're ordering the correct size. Non-personalized, non-worn, items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. We cannot replace or refund used collars.
Please consider the color and style of the dog collar you are purchasing and evaluate if it's the right item for your pet and his or her living conditions (primarily indoor or outdoor housing). For example, a white based dog collar may not be right for your dog if he/she lives primarily outside and the collar will be worn on a daily basis. A boutique ribbon or fabric collar may not be right for your dog if he/she sleeps on concrete surfaces because you may see a wear pattern from friction from the hard surface over time.
